Who can invest

Real-asset investment risk

The firm invests in real assets — standing real estate (multi-residential and commercial) and, in future, digital infrastructure. These investments are illiquid, may be held for years, and are exposed to changes in economic and local market conditions, interest rates and the availability of financing, construction and development risk, environmental liabilities, regulation, and tax.

The firm concentrates capital deliberately, deal by deal, rather than diversifying. Concentration is central to how it invests — and it is itself a risk: outcomes depend on a small number of assets, and a loss on any one is not offset by a broad portfolio.
